Please note the basis upon which intensive driving courses are offered to you by Driving Courses, (Proprietor, Agency Consultants Ltd, Reg No 6654946, 16 Bairstow Street, Blackpool, FY1 5BN). Also note the contract for service is between yourself and the local D/C instructor. Each D/C instructor operates his or her own business on a self employed basis. The Driving Course Booking Office is a separate entity which has been authorised to act as a booking agent for D/C Instructors (The Agency). You may be required to sign terms & conditions of agreement with the instructor when you arrive at the venue. Please note that all major driving schools in the UK (e.g. BSM and The AA) operate in this way with self-employed instructors. The venue, The Abbotsford hotel or similar standard accommodation will be allocated according to availability. When making a booking we require a minimum deposit of £92.00, this will guarantee the course date. All deposits paid at the time of booking are non refundable, in the event of any alteration to the course booked a £50 fee will be incurred, if you fail to attend the agency fee will be incurred. All credit/debit card payments are subject to a 1.5% charge. Due to driving test availability and any circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust your test date, in this situation all contracted course hours would be adhered too. We can not be held responsible for the actions of the DSA or any other outside bodies. By making a booking you agree that we book your test(s) and hotel and any alteration/agency fees from the credit/debit card details provided.
